Feeling sad and sick

I miss my little man. DH and DS have gone to visit the grandparents today because I'm sick. My throat is killing me and yesterday I had a fever all day and night. I went to the doctor today and its not strep so now I just have to wait it out.

DH has been great. He totally took charge of DS all last night and this morning while I stayed in bed feeling miserable. He would bring DS to the door of the bedroom and everytime he saw me he would start jumping up and down in DH's arms and give me a giant grin.

I hate being sick! Not only do I feel miserable, I can't be around DS. I want to be able to hug and cuddle my boy. I'm going to miss my whole weekend with him.

sorry i didn't see this until now! you should've called me today! I would have come over and kept you company for a little while ! Feel Better!!
