Feeling Devastated

I am new to this and not really sure how to do this. I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks in April. my Dr gave me the green light after 1 cycle which I got on time. So we started trying again and I just got my second period today. I started crying in the bathroom at work. I feel like a failure. It took us 5 months to get pregnant to begin with. All I want is to have a healthy baby. everyone tells me to be ok and relax but they dont understand how I feel. I am scared that I wont be able to get pregnant again. Idk how long I can go on like this. I think about it every day All day! I feel like I wont be ok until I get pregnant again.

I am so sorry for your loss!! Unfortunately, after we have a miscarriage, we're so tainted that we think we'll never be happy, get pregnant, have a baby, etc. It sucks.
I had to wait 3 months before we could start trying again (I miscarried in 2011), and the wait was bad because all I wanted was to be pregnant again.
I "get" it. And you have a big support system here. We all (unfortunately) "get" it.

Thank you for replying. I know this is the place that understands how I feel. I just have to keep telling myself that one day I will be the best Mom. Praying that I can get pregnant next cycle.

I had a missed miscarriage in May after 4 months of ttc. I got pregnant the month I though we were out, I guess no stress is what gave me a bfp.
I just finished my one cycle after the mc and I am praying for a positive but trying not to stress myself if it doesn't happen this cycle. I have heard personal and read countless stories of happy pregnancies and I believe it will happen for me. Keep positive and try to be as stress free as possible. Good luck.

I mc and had a chem last may and then august... For a VERY long time, every time I got AF, it felt as if I was mc-ing all over again. Try to take your time, don't force anything. If you feel like you need to just cry all day, then that's what you do. It took me a long time to get pregnant again (6/7 months), and of course the month I got pregnant was the one we did nothing - no tracking or anything... I'm now 16 weeks pregnant. Sending you

Hang in there. I'm sorry for your loss. It is a day by day thing and the waiting absolutely sux. We understand and places like this help. If you need to cry, scream, whatever.

I totally understand what you are going through. I had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks back in nov 2011. It had taken us four months to get pregnant. I was completely devastated. The doctor gave us the go to try after I got my period back. We did just that. Every month after that I got my period and wasn't pregnant was just awful. I would cry for days. I was miserable and extremely depressed. It was an awful cycle every month. I finally got pregnant again in September- almost a year later. I now have a happy, healthy 13 month old DD. Hang in there, it can definitely happen for you! You are going to have many sad days in the process. It's normal and ok to feel that way. Definitely come on here to vent if necessary! We've all been there, unfortunately, and "get" it.
