Favorite Workout Video??

I highly recommend the Denise Austin tape for pregnancy. It is broken up into trimesters and is actually a lot of fun to do.

I have the Jane Fonda Pregnancy...I have heard that it is good...now if only I can figure out how to unwrap it, and get it on my tv

I went out and got a few new ones after finding out I was pg. I was a regular excersier before and I found a lot of the pg ones to be too easy. I'm pregnant, not 90. And I hated the prenatal yoga one--I think it was by crunch fitness--not my style.
What I did get that was different that I actually really enjoy was 123 Fitness Dance exercise video. It has 4 like 10 min segments, one Jazz, one latin, one hip hop and one ballet. It's not high impact really jarring movements and it's different and I work up a little bit of a sweat. It's fun.
