favorite website for house hunting?
I've been looking on mlsli & trulia. Any other good ones?

A lot of buyers love Listingbook, but you need a real estate agent to set up your account. FM me if you would like to be set up! It's a more user-friendly/interactive version of MLS (you can mark favorite listings, reject listings, make notes, etc.) and it will send you a daily email report with new listings, status changes, price changes, open house info, etc. for homes that meet your criteria.
A lot of buyers also use Zillow and Redfin.
I think the internet is a great starting point for your search, or a great tool to be used in conjunction with a real estate agent, because agents have a lot more extensive info available to them than what consumers can see online. A lot of times, info on some of these sites is not updated, or incomplete, or inaccurate.

i use redfin the only thing i dont really like is the search feature i still have not figured out how to search for more than one town at a time. It has a Iphone app so i use it on my phone the most and take notes on houses that i see in the app so i can refernce later.
I also will look on Mlsli and then reference back to redfin to see what properites are still availble and no in pending. Redfin seems to keep that up to date pretty well.
