Fav. Cocktail Recipes Needed!!

I'm looking for something fruity and DIFFERENT to serve on New Year's Even...suggestions welcomed. I'd like to try out recipes this weekend b4 the eve arrives.

OMG i don't know if this will go over well but it's my new favorite!!

it's called the juicy juice Chat Icon b/c it tastes like the juice box!!

fill a highball with ice. fill glass halfway with cherry vodka, then top with club soda and a splash of cranberry juice. Chat Icon soooo gooood....

Key Lime Martini

Ice
2 shots vanilla vodka
1/2 shot key lime juice
2 tablespoons cream of coconut (recommended: Coco Lopez)
1 shot pineapple juice

Add all ingredients to a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Serve.





Really Raspberry Sorbet Cocktail
1/2 pint raspberry sorbet
1/2 pint vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup cran-raspberry juice
1 pint fresh raspberries
1/2 cup vodka, optional

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cocktail




PassionFruit Cocktail

1 shot citrus vodka
1 shot white cranberry juice
1 shot passion fruit juice
1/2 shot Cointreau

Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with star fruit or orange slice.


Sassy Sangria

3 cups chianti or other fruity red wine
1 cup brandy
1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur (recommended: triple sec)
1 orange, sliced
1 lime, sliced, optional
1 lemon, sliced, optional
1 apple, cored and diced
8 fresh raspberries
2 cups club soda, chilled

In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients except club soda. Cover tightly and refrigerate 3 hours to let flavors meld. Pour 3/4 cup sangria mixture into each of 8 wine glasses, dividing fruit equally. Top each glass with 1/4 cup club soda. Serve immediately.

Champagne Punch

1 can (20-ounce) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup maraschino cherry juice
1 cup dark rum
1/2 cup brandy
1 bottle (750 ml) chilled inexpensive brut Champagne

In a large punch bowl or pitcher, stir pineapple, lemon juice, cherry juice, rum, and brandy to blend. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add Champagne just before serving.



Pink Lemonade Champagne Punch


2 cans frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 bottle Champagne
Sliced strawberries
Sliced peaches
Sliced mangoes

In a large punch bowl, combine pink lemonade concentrate and Champagne. Stir to combine and dissolve frozen lemonade. Add sliced strawberries, peaches and mangoes to punch bowl. Ladle into glasses and serve.



Southern Comfort Punch Recipe

1 large can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 can frozen banana daiquiri mix
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 liter ginger ale
1 5th bottle whiskey, or to taste
Lemonade Ice Ring, recipe follows

In a large punch bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, banana daiquiri mix and lemon juice. Stir to blend. Slowly add ginger ale


Sorbet Shots



1 pint sorbet
Mellon baller
3/4 cup favored liqueur

Place small scoops of sorbet, using a melon baller, into shot glasses (only 1 flavor per glass). Top sorbet with about 1 tablespoon of matching flavored liqueur.

I love love love Oprah's Pomegranate martinis!!! They are nice and tart and not too sweet!
