Family friendly hotel in Mystic CT?
What hotels are family friendly in Mystic CT?
I see there are several chain hotels, but not sure which is in the best area.
Any recommendations?

That's ok.
I looked on the Travel board, but most of the posts there were from couples with no kids. I'm hoping this board offers up some better options!

We stayed at the Hyatt Place last year with our then 1yo. It was a short drive to all the area attractions (Seaport, Aquarium, Peddler's Village). We liked it because the rooms were a nice size. There is like a partial wall separating the bed and couch area so we were able to put DS in his packnplay by the couch and swivel the TV to the other side and stay up for awhile. There was continental breakfast included but I remember it not be so comfy to sit with little kids. Not a big deal though. Pretty sure there is a supermarket across the street too.

We stayed at the hotel across the street from the aquarium, think it was holiday inn, mommy brain right now. It was great plus your across from all the little shops.

Hyatt Place is very family friendly. The room is huge, has a sitting area with an L shaped couch, and a sleeping area.

The one across from the Aquarium is the Hilton and it is perfect - you can walk to the Aquarium and to all these other little shopping areas, plus it's right off the highway. Hotel/rooms are clean. We went with our 2 kids and another familys 2 kids and there were a lot of other kids there.
