extremely low progesterone

I got a bfp over the weekend. Went for bloodwork Monday night...hcg was 46, progesterone was 2.6. I was shocked at the progesterone number since I have been on suppositories since 2dpo. Went again last night and hcg more than doubled (went up to 109) and progesterone was up to 4.5, still waaaay low. Any success stories with super low progesterone? I am *trying* to stay hopeful, but I know that this is not good.

i've heard that supps don't show up in bloodwork.

did your doctor say this was a concern?

can you switch to PIO?

I've heard that too. I found a few articles on line the other night that supported that as well. But I mentioned it to the nurse today and she said that wasn't true. Right now, I am still on the suppositories. Today they put in a call to an RE they work with (I am with my reguylar OB) to see if there is anything else they can do to supplement. They are supposed to get back to me tomorrow when I go in for more bloodwork.
