Midtown Manhattan Hedge Fund is currently seeking an EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT to their CEO. This is a highly visible and rewarding role that needs a dynamic and energetic individual who can make this position their own. You will handle a multitude of key organizational tasks such as managing all investor and client telephone communiqué, handling extensive international and domestic travel, taking care of any personal business requirements, and other related projects which may include heavy involvement with personal art collections, private events and dinner functions, and managing estate logistics. We hire the best in the business, and we expect you to be the same - someone with superb project management skills, can maintain poise when working under pressure, personable, awesome sense of humor, and someone who shows initiative naturally. You will already have at least 5-8 years experience doing the same, and yet looking for a true home - we don't let go of our people.
