Empire plan reimbursement-- remember this from a year or so ago?
Remember a while ago (I feel like it was before my 2nd baby was born, so at least 9 months ago  ) a bunch of us posted about? Something about being reimbursed (maybe as part of a lawsuit?) depending on how many years you had Empire, etc.
Ring a bell to anyone? I tried searching b/c I remember replying on threads about it, but can't find anything.
Anything ever come of it that anyone knows of? I know we filled out forms, submitted them, etc (as encouranged by DH's school district too).

I actually just thought of this the other day. I filled out the forms as well, but haven't heard anything.

Yes, I filled out paperwork and never heard anything. I remember it did say that the amount each person received would depend on how many people applied for it. Could be they were overwhelmed with the requests?

I got a letter back telling me how much I would get. But, I never heard anything else.
