Empire City Yonkers
Has anyone been there? If so how was it? Was there restaurants & bars? We are thinking of going there next friday for the day.

DH and I went once...there are 2 restaurants - one overlooks the racetrack and another steak house place. There is also a food court/cafeteria place.
There are a couple of bars around the casino floor.
It's only slot machines - no table games.
It was fun for a couple of hours.

We just ate at the food court when we went. I know there are some restaurants on the second floor. It was alright- no table games and some of the lower bet machines won't let you bet less than a certain amount... Fun for a little while but I don't know if you could make a day of it!
