I'm looking for 10-12 people that fit the following:
•A Busy Mom, Dad, Wife, Husband, or Friend

•Someone who is ready to make themselves a top priority; that probably hasn't in a while

•Is ready to make a change in their life for the better as SPRING approaches.

•Is willing to push themselves physically (whatever your level is); to get in the best shape of their life

•Wants to feel better in your clothes and more confident in your skin this coming Spring and Summer

•Is willing to take 30 mins, for "me" time for 30 Days

•Needs an accountability group to keep you going for support and motivation

•Struggles with food and needs a do-able plan to teach you healthier habits

•Is ready to create new healthy habits for the NEW YEAR

•This is for all levels: beginners through athletes.
