Re: easy, healthy, work lunches

I pretty much make a salad every day. Nothing interesting honestly. It's just easy. Or I bring in leftovers from dinner the night before if DH doesn't eat it all Chat Icon

Re: easy, healthy, work lunches

I make pasta salads, peanutbutter on wheat bread with yogurt, pretzels and a fruit, a can of wolfgang puck soup with goldfish crackers, peppers &eggs on Italian bread, eggplant parm on Italian bread, cheese & crackers with fruit, mexican dip with tostidos, humous & pitas. I always keep organic granola bars in my desk, boxes of raisins etc... to snack on. As a treat I pack a few of the mini chocolates everyday (snickers, milkyway.....)

i think it's gonna be edamame again this week. boil, strain, put in container, and voila: lunch.

i just eat it cold & with salt like they serve it in sushi restaurants. i usually buy the kind that's already out of its shell since it's less hassle that way.

idk, i'm always running my a** off at work, so i'm not really that hungry during the day. i'll eat breakfast at home, snack on a few almonds, and that's fine for lunch. it's when i get home that i want to eat for real.
