Easy great recipe for chocolate covered pretzels!
Seriously, way too easy. I made just a few, but I'll be making more for our Xmas dinner!
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe shallow bowl. Do 1 minute increments, take out and stir.
Take a pretzel rod and dip into the chocolate.
Place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet and chill.
or...
before chilling, dip in mini m&ms', peanut butter chips, coconut, crushed cookies, crushed candy canes, etc.
Chill for about an hour and keep in a cool dry place.
