East Meadow dog attack - so sad
Right in my own backyard too - I'm just not sure where Buchanan Road is. Stories like this really break my heart - this poor child had to suffer because this dog-owner too stupid to take precautions with his dogs who had prior attacks!!!  I feel horrible for this poor family, and it's a shame that morons like this owner give a bad name to sweet dogs like Rotties and bulldogs who already get a bad rap. I can't find the link now, but I did just read somewhere this morning that the boy was moved out of ICU and is recovering, but will need reconstrictive surgery on his face. This man should be in jail...

That owner should never be allowed to have pets again. Treating the dogs like that is terrible for the dogs too!

my mother has had a pitbull for 7 years and she is the sweetest thing ever!!!!
it's all about they how they are treates and raised

sad story...
but i also have to say that some breeds are known to have the ability to be more aggressive...And yes have that protective/aggressive instinct.
I love Rotties...but i dont think i could get one
