Easiest and best way to go to the Deer Park Outlets from Nassau?
Either LIE or SS.
Their directions are so complicated. Like 50 thousands turns.

Last time I went, I took the LIE to the Route 231 Exit - I think it's Exit 51. Go South on Deer Park Avenue (Rt. 231) and make a left onto Long Island Avenue.
Take Long Island Avenue down to Commack Road (Rt. 4) and make a right onto Commack Road. The outlet entrance is just up on the left.

or just take LIE to Commack rd...

Yep! The left onto Long Island Avenue from Deer Park Avenue is just before you see the elevated train tracks. You will actually go down LI Avenue and the LIRR tracks will be to your right. And that comes out to Commack Road.

True, but coming from the west, you travel too far east, and then it drops you back down south and west. Seems more direct, but it's definitely a longer route.

If you're closer to the Southern State, just take it to Deer Park Ave and stay to the right. It goes right into Commack Rd and there are really no turns at all. Simple
