I used to rent an apartment in Bellmore and this house was for sale for at least a year before we moved (Sept 04 we moved to suffolk co). I wonder why its not selling.

Cute house, but for me, the non selling point would probably be that I love old colonials but this one is done in a contemporary style, kind of doesn't fit.
