Dumb question, wanna humor me?
Do you think wrist watch sales have gone down with the rise of the cell phone?
I ask this because it JUST occurred to me today that I have not worn a watch in two months, and I used to be an avid watch wearer, but I guess I feel like I don't need it when I have my cell phone. I TOLD YOU IT WAS A DUMB QUESTION! These are the things I think about when I'm not working for the summer

I think most people who wear watched wear them because they like them. I hate wearing a watch. It makes me feel so tied down. I only have one which Fh had custom drawn at disney world for me, which is cool, but it has such a huge face I never wear it either  Seriously everywhere you go there are clocks, and this was true before cellphones..

Forget the cellphone..... I haven't worn a watch since I had a beeper. And damm.... I had a bepper before pretty much anyone had them.
Talking at least 10 years ago.... maybe more.

I don't know...some people may have stopped buying them, but for very time-conscious people like me, I doubt the cell phone has replaced the watch. I feel lost without a watch on my wrist!

Must be more cause I remember MOST people having a beeper in 95...I was in college by then and know I had one a few years before that in HS.
