DS just finished 10 days of antibiotics and now he has a fever
W T H??? I didnt even realize anything was wrong. He acted fine all day, playing, except he wasn't into dinner. I just picked him up to bring him upstairs to put on his pj's and noticed his body was very warn and his cheeks were bright red. He has 102 fever. I am guessing it is something viral b/c if it was bacterial the antibiotics would have wiped it out.
He was on the antibiotics for the start of a sinus infection a few days before Christmas.
Poor guy!

That just happened with my ds. On anitbiotics for week for double ear. Then got a fever. Brought him to the dr. It was a viral infection, not related to ears. I felt sorry for my son. Missed 7 days of school. Took a good week for him to feel better.
