Dr. Michelle Murphy Contact Info?
Does anyone know any contact information on Dr. Michelle Murphy? I was a patient of her's for a few year and I just recently moved up to Albany, but I need my records from her office. I know she just recently closed her office, but because of the chaos of moving I forgot to contact her before I left. I was also in the mist of taking the Gardasil vaccine and have already had two of the three shots. I only have one more left, but my new gyn will not give me the last vaccine without proof and record of the previous two. Unfortunately, you can not just start over once you have started this vaccine, so if I can not get my records from Dr. Murphy, I will not have the full cervical cancer vaccine. Please help!

she is one of the Stonybrook midwives isn't she?? she's not a dr. Last i heard before she became a midwife she was practicing with Gus San Roman in port jeff... maybe they have her contact info?
