dogs and children

Does naybody have a husky and children? I was just wondering how they interact with children. i have alwyas had golden labs but my dh wants a husky.

My sister adopted an Akita that was about 2-3 years old at the time. She has a 3 year and went on to have 2 more children while the dog was alive. She never had any problems with Nataska and the children. I think a lot depends on the dog's disposition and not their breed. I have known of labs that aren't good around kids.
