does this veal dinner sound good?
I'm totally making it up w/whats in my fridge:
veal cutlets (marinated, breaded & fried)
served hot, with room temperature red roasted peppers on top, basil leaf, and grilled eggplant on top, drizzled with a balsamic reduction?
Usually I make an arugala salad on top of the a veal cutlet but I thought this might be good too. thoughts? TIA!
I was thinking pasta as a side w/broccoli in a light cream sauce
