Does this sound like a stomach bug? - Update Thursday am
Yesterday afternoon, James burped a few times and it smelled like puke, but no spitup or anything. During his dinner last night, he got through a jar and a half and then projectiled out EVERYTHING that was in his belly and it STUNK to high heaven. 
Today at the sitter's, he vomited again during lunch and was just a little off all day - cranky, really, and he's NEVER cranky. Tonight, my mom watched him (I had a work function and DH is out of town) and he refused to take his bedime bottle - he had *maybe* a half an ounce.... He's fast asleep right now, fell asleep at 6:40 this evening. I'm hoping he makes it through the night and doesn't wake up to eat.
Should I give the doc a call tomorrow? There's no fever or anything, just the throwing up and bottle refusal.....

He STTN last night SO soundly - he didn't even move from when I checked on him last at midnight. He even peed through his diaper and PJ's and it didn't wake him up.  He finished an 8 oz bottle in like 5 minutes this morning with the sitter. I told her to keep a close eye on him and let me know if she saw anything "off". I'm going to hold off on calling the doc until this afternoon, if necessary.

Also, if he wakes, should I offer him a bottle? Should I try a dreamfeed at like 10? He had his bedtime bottle at 6:30.... I'm just afraid of him waking at the DF and not going back to sleep.

Definitely sounds like something isn't agreeing with him - and possibly the stomach virus.
Do you have any pedialyte at home to offer him if he wakes up? You can try offering him a bottle if he wakes up (I wouldn't dream feed) but it sounds like he might not want it.

I would not do a dreamfeed in case it is a stomach virus. He'll wake if he's hungry and then I would try to give him some formula (maybe only a few ounces though)

I'd maybe just stick with pedialyte for the next 24 hrs. That's what I was told to do when DS had something similar...

Ugh - I just looked, we have NO pedialyte in the house.  DH's flight doesn't get in until 2am and I can't run out now to get any.

honestly, I wouldn't even do anything other than his reg bottles yet - if he's hungry, feed him, otherwise, the rest might be the best thing for him!! hope he's better (and you stay well!) soon!

DO NOT DREAMFEED....that is the rule i have used with EM - since she's now on day 7 of this bug....
leave him sleeping - do not wake him. be prepared hon - you may get it. Dave had it, gave it to Em, and i had it 2 days later.... it's HE** ON EARTH!

Sounds like what Ryleigh had last month...except that she was throwing up literally every 5 minutes for 3 hours straight 
I'm sure you've already figured, but you should probably skip the dreamfeed for tonight. Don't want to upset his tummy, especially when he's half-asleep. If he does wake, you can give him some weak tea (we put a little Splenda in ours) just to get something mild into his stomach.
Hope he feels better

BTW... Mason never got sick and was fine and I'm 100% better now. Hopefully it's nothing. By Tues when I was better I was fumigating the whole house and cleaning (even though I'm anal clean already... LOL) and doing tons of laundry.

ETA... just saw the update. Glad to hear he's doing well so far and sleeping well. Keep me posted and we'll pick a day soon to get the boys together
