Does anyone use prep-h for under eye bags?
I have heard of this and some days I really need it lol!
Wondering if it works, if your skin reacted to it, etc.

I'm not sure I would feel safe doing that.
I would try coffee grinds though! It works and it's safe.

I've used it; it does help...the same theory as for hemorrhoids -- constricts the blood vessels. Just know that it is a greasy ointment, so if you don't rub it in well, and wait for it to fully absorb, your mascara will run all over your face!
