I believe the Britax Roundabout and Marathons got the highest ratings.

I heard this from a salesperson at Buy Buy Baby so I am not sure if it's 100% accurate...
he said that in Europe (or where ever Britax is based) there is actually more safety testing required to be done on the seats. In theory the more test passed the safer they consider the seat. Make sense? He said that if US companies went through the same tests that Britax seats endure they would probably have the same ratings.
