If it's a good case I'm sure one of the big manhattan firms would jump on it. I've worked on discrimination cases where opposing (plaintiff's) counsel was handling it pro-bono.

There are civil rights attornies w/ the Dept. of Ed--is there a reason for pursuing this privately?
