I am looking for a yoga studio and I hope someone on here can help me. I need to find a way to excercise and destress...

if you like Bikram Yoga...there is a studio that I have been to on Voice Rd in carle place

if you like Bikram Yoga...there is a studio that I have been to on Voice Rd in carle place
I think there is another one on South Park Ave in RVC.
