Does anyone know of an etsy vendor who can customize a 1st b-day hat?
I'd really like his hat to match his shirt because his shirt is a bright green color & I'm only seeing blue party hats.

I used this vendor for some customized items including a party hat for DDs birthday. She was great to work with. You could always convo her for more info (I know most of her items shown are for girls).
