I used to live at 605 :(
Don't miss it though...way too expensive and didn't care for the management either

the avalon building in long beach is almosr $3K a month for 1 bedroom

I live across the street, it looks beautiful but its price for just a rental, Im sure one day they will start selling them as condos

Really? A friend of mine lives in the Avalon in Smithtown & loves it. That is weird that the different locations are so different.

I think most of the Avalon properties are overpriced- there is one in Jersey City that is out of control price wise- it looks nice but WAY expensive.

We looked at apts there, then decided we'd rather buy. We ended up buying about 2 blocks away!

i used to live there and had many problems with leaks. they let me out of my lease and i also bought only a few blocks away!!!!
