OMG...

It was great at first, but now it doesn't hold the charge, which is annoying.

In general I find the broom type to be garbage. I have an Electrolux one and it works OK. Just OK. It was $100, you'd think it would work a little better. Chat Icon

glad you brought this up. I'm looking for a second vac..one I can leave downstairs and one for upstairs.

I may just go with another canister vac...maybe the lower end Kenmore from the one I already have.

I just don't want to spend another $350 for a vac

I had the dirt devil in my wish list for my husband and he felt the Electrolux was better, which he got for me as one of my many presents...but now after I saw your post....I'm wondering. It's charging right now....is it really that bad? I wanted it something smaller to vaccuum so that I don't have to use the other one I have.......

It's just OK, it does work but not in the way I had hoped. I keep it upstairs for the hallway and bedrooms. We have wood floors and area rugs. I find that it gets the dust up pretty easily but anything bigger or heavier than a small dust bunny is hit or miss. It's also hit or miss as to what it will pick up on the rugs. My DD's rug has flowers with grooves and it doesnt get anything in the grooves (not deep) I just find that I dont feel like it's a good clean up job unless I haul the canister up.

I have this Shark one and (so far) love it! I have had it for about 2 months now.

My friend has had it for 2 years and recommended it to me.

I think I may have to check this out because my floors are hardwood or tile and I need something to pick up all of my hair (it's long!) as well as dust, crumbs and other general nastiness that piles up in the corners. I can't believe what a disappointment the broom vac is. Terrible.

i've had 2 sharks in the past year and they STINK! they break so easily. my cousin got me one yesterday so i'm going to try it again, but that's it! i've even called the company and demanded replacement batteries which they eventually gave me after i argued for half an hour.

i also got the dirt devil and a dustbuster yesterday (since those broke last year as well). we'll see how it goes. Chat Icon

i think they're all terrible
