Do you take your dog places?

We take Scout (and used to take Ebony ) to the park, to the beach (preferrably with Misty ), to my sister's house in Vermont, my mother's house, IL's house...he went to New Hope with us this past weekend, has been on ferries, and will go to Virginia with us for Thanksgiving - even tho we have to pay $150 to the hotel for a clean-up fee after we leave.

He is part of our family and whenever we can, we take him out and about. He is well trained and can be left alone in the car and anywhere else we take him.

When we can't, like when we go to Sedona in Nov., he will stay with my cousin who adores him - as do her DH and kids. So I know he is in GREAT hands. He's a lucky pup!!!

We took Norton to a wedding in PA when he was 3 months old. Thankfully the hotel was pet friendly.

He goes to my parents, in-laws, the park, and to my parents lake house which he LOVES!

We aren't the type to bring him everywhere we go, but if he's invited, he comes.

We take Dottie anywhere she's welcome.

We do... we try to take our dog on any trips that it is possible... she comes to visit my brother with us, to my parents summer place, and whenver we go camping... I love having her on so many of our family trips

We take Lucky everywhere with us. Porter goes to my moms if we are going somewhere where he can't go becuase he is a lot bigger than lucky. Lucky comes to the supermarket, the stores, the park, road trips, pretty much everywhere. When we go somewhere he can't go then my parents dog sit. He loves my parents.

Misty goes everywhere! She is probably one of the most well-travelled dogs I know

She has been to New Hope, Connecticut, Rochester, New Hampshire, and Albany....we stay at pet-friendly hotels where we go so we don't make our hosts uncomfortable. Except CT. cuz that's DH's parents and Misty is their Granddog.

We are probably taking her to North Carolina/Florida in January.....

Not yet, she's too hyper around people still. We're waiting for her to get a little older and more calmed down before we start bringing her over to people's houses. She would just be too much right now, hopefully she'll be more relaxed as an adult.

We take them to the park, the beach, and my ILs. We don't take them when we run errands.

We take Ollie to my moms, DH's parents, and to the local ice cream parlor, which is dog friendly. We have also taken him to our town St. patricks Parade, but he shook like a leaf with his tails between his legs, so we took him home.

Auto usually stays home.

We take Yogi my my parent's house, my IL's house, and to PA where DH's family has a house in the woods. He loves the car! Sometimes we take him up the street when we get pizza or Chinese just for the ride.

P.S. I was in Target the other day and there was a sign on the door that said "only service animals allowed" I just had a little giggle

We take Max to the park, the boardwalk/beach at night, some friends houses to have doggy play dates, and my house.

Molly comes to basically all family functions (except ones where there are other dogs around...since she hates dogs )

She has been to Savannah - and will be coming back with us in a few weeks.

She's my other baby....she has to come with us!
