Do you know a airconditioning/heating person?
Im wondering if you have ever used a heating or air-conditioning person....
DHs grandparents need to get their airconditioning fixed and the people who are coming to their house are obviously trying to rip them off. They aren't even looking for cheap, just reliable. 
Any suggestions?
