Do you have a chocolate lava cake recipe?

I found one online but it seems complicated. Just wondering if anyone has an easier recipe.

Re: Do you have a chocolate lava cake recipe?

You'll need:

1 cup unsalted butter
8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
5 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
pinch salt
4 tsp. flour
8 ramekins (got them at crate & barrel, very inexpensive!)

Directions:

*Preheat oven to 450 (make sure rack is in the middle position of the oven).
* Melt butter & chocolate in double boiler (or in heat-proof bowl over saucepan of simmering water), then remove from heat.
*Beat eggs, sugar, & salt in separate bowl until sugar dissolves.
*Beat egg mixture into chocolate until smooth.
*Beat in flour until just combined.
*Grease ramekins and divide batter among them.
*Bake for 8-10 minutes (keep an eye on them) until the batter puffs up on the sides, but the center isn't set.
*(optional) Top with powdered sugar and/or homemade whipped cream!

FYI: What I did was made the batter and poured it into the ramekins BEFORE I made our dinner. Then about 10 minutes before we finished eating, I stuck them into the oven, so they'd be hot and fresh when we were ready to eat dessert.

You can also make them a day ahead and just pour into the ramekins and cover with plastic wrap. Make sure you bring them to room temp. before baking though
