Do you continue to write thank you notes for gifts you get from family members to baby?

Do you continue to write thank you notes for gifts you get from family members to baby?
DD is almost 3 months old. I continue to get gifts from family members (BIL/soon-to-be SIL, Aunt, etc). Should I write a thank you note for every single time they give DD a gift? This would be like the 5th thank you note I write them. I wish someone would say "don't worry about a thank you note", but nobody has. I know I probably should write them one...I guess I'm just hoping to hear that you guys don't EVERY time...

I did for the baby shower and for the 1st gifts from each person.
I don't think that's possible to keep up with if they keep sending you presents. I would acknowledge the present though by calling them and thanking them.

I agree. If someone is always buying DD gifts (like my brother and SIL), once in a while I write a thank you card from DD that says thanks for making me feel so special.

1st gifts def from anyone, 2nd gifts maybe, but 5th-no way, i would call and thank them or send a thank you email. If they gave it to you in person, def in person thank you for the gift is plenty.
