Do you bring your DC to the gym daycare?

Do they like/hate being left? How long do you leave them for and how many days per week do you go? Just curious, thanks!

I don't go as regularly now but when I was on maternity leave I would go every day.

Some days she doesn't mind it(if there is a lot of distractions) and other times they have to come get me because she gets too upset

I leave Ryan at the daycare at Jazzercise. The class is one hour. Sometimes he cries when I leave, but he always stops soon after I leave, they tell me. I go about 3-4 days per week.

josh never cried when I dropped him off...he just got super bored.

I wanted to prove to myself that I could leave him...so I would take an hour class and then pick him up.

I was uncomfortable with the entire situation though.

Then I had Leo go check it out to see if it was just me...he said no way, don't leave him there.

I go to a VERY high traffic YMCA. Kids are being checked in and out, kids outside being walked...door opening a lot.

I am hoping during the summer when I go during the day, it is a lot less going on. Now, I have to go at 5:30 ish...when everyone goes.

The teacher baby ratio just seemed WAY off.

So, my summer vaca is 3 weeks away when I stop babysitting....I will give it a try then.

ETA: i was leaving him for an hour 3 days a week.(leo was home the other 2)...he is such a busy body...his favorite thing was going through everyone's cubby holes
