Mine did...I delivered at Mount Sinai.
I showered each day I was there...but I was too sore in the arms and shoulders to lift my arms to blowdry my hair!!

Seriously...I showered twice a day during my two day stay at North Shore in Manhasset. I didn't even bother bringing a blow dryer...They didn't have one anyway. I know that newer maternity wings with the private suites are kinds making their bathrooms like hotel bathrooms with all the ammenities you could possible need.
I let my hir dry on its own. Trust me, you really aren't going to care how you look.

mine didnt & it also did not have outlets in the bathroom. i had to straighten my hair using my little miror in the actual room....

Oh, no...I *had* to blowdry my hair!!!
I had a c/s on a Wednesday and I didn't shower immediately, but Friday I was showered and blown dry--then again, I have curly hair and it's very easy.
I delivered at LIJ and brought my own--will do the same in 2 weeks

I looked like an absolute mess after my c-section. I could barely even walk. Blow drying my hair was the last thing on my mind Like many others said....I also showered the day I was going home. Just thought of something....I dont even think showering was an option the first few days bc of all the stitches, bandages etc across my belly. My advice...the minute your water breaks...take a shower...you might not have one for a while...LOL
