Yes, Hertz does..they have the NeverLost system. I don't know if the others do.

we are renting from Avis when we go to california and opted for the GPS...its like $10 a day extra but so worth it!!

Yes, we rented with enterprise and added on a GPS when we went to FL last year. I think it was $8/day.

You can get GPS with enterprise it's an extra $7.95 a day.
