Dishes and dishwasher quest.

I have a set of pasta dishes from crate and barrel...can I put them in the dishwasher? they don't say on the bottom...only that they were made in italy.

also, do you put your good china in the dishwasher...I know it says I can, but i'm a little afraid.

I was always told not to put china in the dishwasher unless you have a delicate cycle on your dishwasher.

I have a pasta set from Crate and Barrel too and I always put them in the dishwasher and they are 100% fine.

Also, I do put my good china in too...on the low setting, or china setting, or whatever it's called. I won't put my crystal in though for some reason.
