Dinner Help for the Cooking Impaired.

Ok I have chicken cutlets and need ideas on making something other than breaded chicken cutlets. Something really easy that wouldn't require me to go out

Heres what I make a lot:

Put a big spoonful of cooked stuffing (Stovetop is great) in the middle of a raw chicken cutlet.

Wrap the chicken around the stuffing, and put into a baking dish, with the edges face down.

You can make a sause with Cream of Mushroom soup, to pour on top, if you want.

Cover with aluminum foil and Cook at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.

This is also good with a white wine sause, poured into the baking dish.

I also made it with spinach and Ricotta cheese inside, instead of stuffing.

Have fun!

I use different marinades. (lowry's and Ken's are good) and throw them on my george forman grill. I also make a Lipton side dish with a veggie. I've been on a scalloped potato kick recently, and that's pretty good too.

Thanks! I'll try the stuffing recipe as see how it goes. Unless of course any of you just want to stop by & cook for a family of 4...Chat Icon
