Dieting/Eating Right Tips
I do try to watch what I eat, but I would love some tips, little things you think help. Like how you fight the cravings or what do you do that makes you feel more full. I can't get these 5 pounds off. TIA

anytime i want something sweet, i reach for bosc pears.
or strawberries dipped in Weight Watchers yogurt (60 a cup)
i also drink tons of water with lemon juice
and i also make juices out of carrots/apples/ginger/celery

Snack alot
Lean proteins or nuts will help fill you up
If you have a sweet craving, chew gum
Dont eat after 7pm
Drink lots of water
Work out or go on walks
