is it really terrible to drink??

you're supposed to limit your caffeine intake and also your artifical sweetener intake. (i think one cup of coffee or soda a day.) i think having one a day won't be that bad, ask your dr. i haven't had diet anything since i got PG, and i haven't gained any weight yet (that i know of Chat Icon ) caffeine isn't an issue for me since i can't have it when i'm not PG anyway.

IMO, better safe than sorry.

my doc said in moderation is fine
I have about 2-3 glasses of caffeinie free diet coke a week
I didnt have anything until I was about 14 weeks - and it was the best glass ever!!

I have actually stayed away from artificial sweeteneers, but probably just so I can indulge. BC we all know I am not the poster child for eating right.

I went cold turkey (but I only really drank diet soda when I was out/restaurants/parties)
