Did your infant sleep through the night and then all of a sudden stop?
and did you know the reason why? i know you can't figure them out and that they are constantly changing things up but i am just wondering....wondering why my DD sometimes sleeps 3hours or 5 hrs or 7hrs even when we do everything pretty much the same.  DD is just about 3months

oh that is going to keep happening over and over again, get used to it!  at 3 months i would guess it is a growth spurt.

DS is almost 3 months and has slept so well for weeks now. For the last 3 nights he is waking up after sleeping 3-4 hours..

DS is almost 3 months and has slept so well for weeks now. For the last 3 nights he is waking up after sleeping 3-4 hours..
Same with Jack. He normally goes down by 8pm...and will sleep until at least 5 or 6am. Wake up for a bottle then go back till 8 or 9am.
Last night - he was up at 12:23am. I felt like I was sleeping for days. He then proceeded to wake every couple of hours. This was after he barely napped at all this week. I thought I was going to lose my mind!

oh my god why is she waking up now??? It's that dag gone pacifier. She is ADDICTED!!!!!!
When it falls out she wakes up and cries. It's so hard to let her cry it out b/c due to renovations the baby is in her crib but in our bedroom.

oh thank God i am not alone here!  it;s been driving me crazy b/c here i was all happy that DD was "sleeping through" the night only to have her waking up just as you all described your DC's waking! i really do think it is teething as she is drooling now so much and has a mild diaper rash too....and Cakes: the binky is such a pain for us too!!! everytime she realizes it's out she cries and that can go on all night! especially if she's teething! thank you all so much for responses!

ahhh!!! this is totally happening to us right now! DD is 3 months today and the last week has been hell! she wakes up 3 times a night and I am a walking zombie during the day. her Ped mentioned that she would probably be going through a growth spurt right about now and she always seems to be STARVING so I am hoping this is what it is. I bet right when we get her back to sleeping normally she'll start teething

YES!!
Well, not really sleeping through the night, waking for pacifier 1 - 10 times, but not needing bottle until morning, is more like it. He's stopped doing that... now he wants to eat 1 or 2 times a night again.
Daycare thinks he's teething because he's not drinking his bottles well either.
