Did you go food shopping yet??
Have you been food shopping yet?? Were they out of milk and bread already??
The news is making me so nervous and yet here I sit on LIF with nothing in the fridge. I claim im making a nice dinner but we have nothing here! LOL

Yup. We really only needed milk but DH loves snacks and since tomorrow and Monday were out, I went today. Bought the only healthy thing was milk! I bought 2 boxes of cereal, 2 packages of cookies, chips, graham crackers, sushi rice, frozen dinners.

i went yesterday and what a nightmare....lines took forever and on the express one where I was (15 items or less) a woman literally had 120 things...ooh I was so mad......
it was starting to get slim pickings yesterday, but I am sure all the store restocked - they love this kind of thing.....

Yes, we went this morning, and surprisingly, it wasn't as crowded as I thought it'd be. And there was TONS of milk and bread left.

We went this morning because I was in desperate need of groceries. I should have went before today, but never made it. It always makes me laugh how people raid the stores like they are never going to see the light of day ever again. We had to wait for a shopping cart and you couldn't even move in the aisles. Crazy!

Me too but I came home with $45 worth of food and no milk!
The stores were ok there was still everything left where I was.

Not croweded at all and they had plenty of everything.

Ok..I just got back and it was a MADHOUSE! They had everything we needed but what a mess! We have enough food for a month so I am not planning on going back for a long time! LOL

Thank goodness I went on Wednesday before I even knew about the snow. I stopped in a little Asian market today for sushi and they were packed. I also had one of those morons with 30 items in front of me in the express lane.
