Did you fall under the myths on having your boy or girl?

I've heard/read so many myths like

carrying high = girl
carrying low = boy
craving sweets = girl
craving spicy foods = boy
glowing face = girl
water retention = girl
heart rate under 140 = boy
heart rate above 140= girl

I'm sure there are a lot more out there. Did your pregnancy fall under any of the myths out there? Were they correct in your case?

I'm not sure what I'm having. I have 4 more weeks to go and I'm trying to guess. I'm not sure if I should even go by these myths.

Everything pointed to a boy for us -- a bald boy.

We had a hairy girl!!

All the myths were wrong, except heartbeat for my DD's.

Both my girls had heartrates of 140-144 Bpm

All my "signs/symptoms" was girl and i have a beautiful boy

A majority of my family, friends, co workers all thought girl.
I never craved spicy foods.
All I wanted was pizza and Ice cream..sometimes crackers and hummus..LOL
I had hardly no morning sickness, just naseuous..

I had a boy.

Everyone including the OBGYN staff thought i was having boys..i carried for the most part all in the front. I thought i was having a boy and girl...but to eveyone happy surprise i gave birth to twin GIRLS.

Everyone that saw me said I was having a girl. I think it's because I gained a ton of weight so my face changed.

I carried low, all belly, didn't "change," felt great throughout, etc. About 90% of people said I was having a boy during my first pregnancy; about 98% said so during my 2nd. Guess what?

I know the feeling of going crazy at the end--we didn't find out the sex either time. I would wake up my DH in the middle of the night to give him my latest theory on how it was a boy or a girl.

I gained all my weight in the belly, no where else-- supposedly means boy.

My skin was NOT glowing, it was like a teenager, it was horrendous-- supposedly if you're glowing it means girl (some say this).

I carried really low most of the time-- supposedly means boy.

I had a beautiful baby GIRL!

1st pregnancy-carried low, my face changed, nose spread, hr over 150's, craved spicy foods, a lot of swelling

2nd pregnancy-also carrying low, hr always below 145, face hasn't changed, mostly all belly, but also craving spicy foods-as well as OJ and milk, oh and chicken salad-lol I also feel "better" this pregnancy.

I think I carried between high and low, right in the middle.

Heartbeat was about 140 every time we went for the sonograms.

My face never ever changed. Filled out, but my nose never grew.

Had a ton of heartburn in the last trimester.

I had a girl, with a full head of gorgeous brown hair.
