Did people around you react different with your 2nd or more pregnancy?

Sometimes I feel that no one cares about this pregnancy except for a few select people. Did/does anyone else feel like that?

i can definitely agree with that. people rarely ask me anything about how i feel or seem to get excited like they did first time around

It is defintiely different. I don't mind at all but definitely different. I do find people ask how I am feeling, if I am showing yet, etc. I know people are excited too. Just in general not the same at all.

This time I have only got 2 expecting/congrats cards and three gifts - last time I had boxes and boxes. Not that I am looking for cards/gifts - just showing an example.

It's true unfortunately! The same happened to me. Everyone in the world was so excited and always asked how I was doing. When I was PG with Connor people seemed to care less. It's ok but was upsetting at the same time. The second time around no one even got me anything at the hospital forget about calling. The first time around I had flowers, balloons, door hangings, etc. and everyone called to see how I was doing. With Connor, nothing. Not one thing or phone call.
