this is so insane
a 15 year robbing and killing 18 and 20 year olds- what could that have possible had that was worth killing them over
there has to be more to this story

Unfortunately I don't doubt this at all. I live not to far from Newark and it can be a scary place.
I worked in Downtown Newark for quite a few years. My company had two buildings two blocks from eachother and they had an underground tunnel built so you can walk between the two building's safely and didn't have to walk outside. They employed Newark City Police officers to stand guard around the building during certain times of the day, and one of the officers was in charge of escorting us to the subway and waiting with us for the train.
