I was going to ask the same question.
Its killing me how much I think it was TRULY covered up by the judge again. I have a bad feeling his daughter really was involved...what do ya think?

what was it about?
A young unpopular girl (16) showed up at a "popular party". "Supposedly fell off a small stone possibly broke her neck and died. A witness saw a "popular" girl at the party swing a bat 3xs and kill her. The popular girl was a daughter of a small town judge. 2 different examiners saw a broken neck...last one after many yrs closed the case and kinda threw out "she choked on something she was eating and died". Parents DO NOT believe this and want answers. "popular" girl is now about 33 and has a 1 yr old living in a different town.

yeah.. that whole thing was a little fishy.. and then for the last autopsy report to come back completely different.... I think the cheerleader did it.. not on purpose, but by accident during a fight.

I watched it
my feelings- the judge still has alot of power
and they found a person to disagree with the murder findings to clear his daughter
everytime she spoke about the dealth of the girl- she blinked
when she spoke about getting into fights with other girls- she didn't blink
she was totally not telling the truth IMO

Oh ...I left out the "popular" girl beat up 2 homecoming queens in different yrs. She admits she has a bad temper.

They exhumed the body 3xs. On the last time they closed the case. BUT IMO...with the judges orders to close the case...KWIM...

I know right! That was terrible. BUT let me ask you this...would you exhume a loved ones body 3xs. second time was too much...I couldnt go for a 3rd...I just couldnt. I wouldnt be at peace. I know they were looking for answers but in the end they got alot of heartache.

I am not sure what I would do- I think after the 2nd one- they just really wanted answers and to know what happened to her
and they will never know for sure
it's so sad that stuff like that goes on (I am not surprised- but still sad) and that having national attention on the story still didn't help them get answers

the whole thing is still fishy. I wasn't expecting them to come back with the 3rd autopsy and say she chocked on something and died  after 2 other autopsy's showed she had a broken neck. And I dont like the cheerleaders father (the judge). He seemed arrogant and cocky.
