I did not go to the parks during Feb so I can't comment on how crowded they were, but the weather was beautiful (I believe it was mid to high 70's). We spent a day at Cocoa Beach, and then the Disney Cruise the next. The kids swam on the cruise as soon as we boarded.

I have also been to Disney twice in January, and had the same type of weather.

we just went the week after February break (so the last week of February).
the weather was good... we were in the pool a couple times- like low 70s probably. it rained one afternoon for an hour or so... and then one day it was cool and rainy all day... like 60.
as far as crowds. They weren't TOO bad. MAgic kingdom was the worst. long lines in the afternoon... got a little overwhelmed actually. BUT then we left for a couple hours to get dinner, relax- and went back in from like 7:30-10, and were able to pretty much walk on every ride. (rode Dumbo twice in a row without getting off Chat Icon ) I was SO glad we went back, because we got to do a lot of the stuff we had skipped in the afternoon.

We went during February break. Went to MK on that Wednesday and AK on that Friday. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. We went at rope drop to MK and stayed until around 3pm. Then went for a swim. Came back around 6. Both times Dumbo was EMPTY, was shocked. My kids loved playing the tent. I used the easywdw.com crowd calendar and it helped a lot. We only did 2 days at Disney parks since we spent another 2 days the following Sunday and Monday at Universal parks (which were absolutely dead).

Most schools don't have a winter break though. I was more concerned about marathon crowds. The weather was GORGEOUS! 80's and almost 90 one day. But that isn't typical. I think 60's and 70's is the average.

I had looked up the crowds under a site(and weather) and it said that was the most expensive and crowded time to go...so we are going the week after and I am pulling the kids out of school. Besides I don't like crowds,my son doesn't handle crowds well and he has special needs so that would be a disaster for us.....He went in August during a low crowd time and did well.

It's definitely not the most crowded time to go. Not at all. Spring Break and Christmas Break are about 100 times busier!

We were there from the Wednesday after president's day until Monday- I ran the princess half marathon. I was expecting it to be so much more crowded than it was. We had a great time. Not saying it wasn't busy, it definitely was, but perhaps it was the combination of getting to the parks when they opened, and using fastpass plus. We really were able to do all the rides we wanted to. We left the parks by around 2 or 3 each day because the weather was so gorgeous and the kids wanted to go to the pool(we stayed at the Yacht Club, which we loved). It was even a little too warm for my liking, since I was running the race and had been training in the cold. But I think it might have been unusually warm, since it was mild here at home that week too. We don't really have a choice but to travel during school breaks, but I wouldn't hesitate to go to disney the same week again.
