DH was supposed to paint nursery today.....

....but he fell off the top of a ten foot ladder at work yesterday!!!!! Thankfully, he is just pretty sore today and I think he broke his toe. It could have been a lot worse....luckily he landed on his foot/knees! My brother works with him and saw the whole thing and said he looked like superman. I just hope he doesn't start to feel worse as the day goes on. always something!!

He just got up off the couch and is having such a hard time walking, his knees are bruised and swollen and his legs and hips are really sore and his one foot is really badly bruised/swollen. My brother keeps telling me that I really have no idea how lucky he is.....he fell from the very top of a ten foot ladder! I wanted to take him to the ER (where I work, so the wait won't be too long) to have his foot looked at but he says he's fine.....even though he is walking like a 90 yr old man! Hopefully with the 3 day weekend he'll be able to really rest.
