DH 40th Birthday
For my DH 40th I was thinking of going away just for a few days. Any ideas? I was thinking Aruba but we have been there and I wanted to try something different.

IMO - if you're only going away for a few days, I would probably go somewhere more like Bermuda or Bahamas - so you're not spending so much time traveling in a plane.
Florida is really nice this time of the year. And there's always Vegas.

Thank you. it is only for a few days because of our daughter. We are already goign to Vegas in April for a wedding. and we always go to Fl to visit family so maybe Bahamas is a good choice.

We're going to the Bahamas tomorrow for 4 days. The flight is only 3 hours, so we get plenty of time there and very little travelling.

Bahamas is a great "quick" getaway. We have gone twice for long weekends and it is geat, cause we took an 8am flight and go to the hotel for lunch :)
