Desperate for ideas, I'm sick of being in pain!
So since saturday night I've had the most awful stiff neck from apparently doing nothing but lying around the house  I have a constant throbbing pain at the base of my neck. I already went to the chiro where he worked on my golf ball knot for quite sometime and it helped a little bit but everyday when I wake up I feel like I'm back to square one. Heat helps but the minute I take it off it starts to throb again. I've also been taking motrin but I think I've taken so much now it's starting to upset my stomach not to mention it wears off to quickly. Anyone have any other ideas?

What about the 12 hour heat patches is it possible you have sinuses?

Yes the heat patches are great and go to the chiro 3x a week (thats what I do), it helps
